What Is Your Support Issue?

Am I Redirected to the Wrong Homepage?
This is an issue that sometimes arises when the url that was entered when you converted the site is slightly different from the actual homepage URL of the site. For example, if you converted domain.com, but when you go to domain.com on your desktop browser when the page is done loading the address bar says something like domain.com/index.html this is most likely the issue you're running into. It's an issue that will only occur when the user has been redirected. The site displays the normal homepage if the user goes to your mobile url directly (that's one of the best ways to test and make sure this is your issue). To solve the issue all you have to do is let our system know all the URLs it should identify as the homepage. Steps1. From within the Webstoyou editor go to the pages section and click on your homepage (it will most likely be called "Home").
2. From the page info section, click on SEO & page settings.
3. From the pop-up, choose the templates option.
4. Click manage.
5. Click add new rule.
6. Choose how you'd like to set the url rule up (if you're unsure choose "matches exactly").
7. Enter any additional urls that you'd like us to identify as the homepage of your site. Do not delete the urls that have already been added by our system. Simply add the new url.If you're unsure about what the url is, you should be able to find it by going to your site on a desktop and after the page is done loading copying the url that's in the address bar and pasting it into the url field here.
8. Click done, and republish your site when you're ready to push all of your changes live.

What is a mobile website?
If you've made it to Webstoyou, you've probably at least heard the term mobile website. Mobile websites are our specialty. Still, not everyone knows exactly what a mobile website is. At it's core, a mobile website is a solution to a problem created by the popularity of smart phones. Standard websites are just not usable on phones, and DudaMobile makes it easy to quickly and automatically create a new website that is usable on phones and other mobile devices. The Reason for Mobile WebsitesMany businesses are set up with a desktop website, designed for computers and built to give interested parties access to the information they want about that business. Smartphones and other mobile devices have become more and more popular and anyone that's used a smartphone to visit a non mobile friendly website can tell you that finding your way around, clicking on links and picking out any information that you might be interested in can be really frustrating. The fact that standard sites scroll sideways, are too big to display visibly on a screen, and use fingers, rather than a much more accurate mouse to register clicks, adds up to a bad experience for your visitors. The SolutionDudaMobile's mobile websites are designed to fix these issues. A mobile website is a smaller, rearranged version of your website designed to fit logically within the screen of a smart phone. The whole site is no wider than 320 pixels, the standard width of a smart phone, and only scrolls vertically. Instead of standard text links, buttons are used to give a more finger-friendly experience.Mobile websites place a strong emphasis on calls to action like Click-to-Call buttons, where visitors can tap a button to place a phone call to your business. Mobile Maps take advantage of the GPS in your visitor's phone to help them find the location nearest to them and pull up a map that leads them right to you, all with the click of a button. The best part is, all of this can be added to your DudaMobile site with our simple drag and drop site builder.A mobile website makes your business more accessible to potential customers who find your business from mobile search. It's all about making your customers happy with the experience they have when they're looking for you, and increasing the number of those people that become paying customers while you're at it.
